The first time I went to Louisiana, some local brought us Church’s fried chicken for lunch. I was pissed. I wanted some down-home cajun cooking. Then I took a bite. Goddamn, Church’s is good! I’ve had it on every trip to Louisiana since, but still never had it here. Have to hit up this one Telegraph soon. Organic, free-range, eat-local yeah.
